Our payment schedule requires a deposit of 10% of contract in accordance with the NSW Home Building Law.The rest of the total amount is then broken down in to progress payments, to be paid on the installation day and upon completion of your new kitchen.

Yes we provide you with a detailed contract prior to commencing the project.

This all depends on the materials you choose (i.e Stone Tops and Glass Splashbacks).

If the materials you choose are laminate doors and tops including all trades, the time frame is usually 3 – 5 working days to have your kitchen installed.

However, when having stone tops installed a check-measure will only be done when the kitchen is complete to ensure the correct size, this can take up to 10 working days for the tops to be installed but most times is much sooner.

If you choose to have glass splash backs this will also be check-measured only after the bench tops have been installed. You are able to use your kitchen whilst you are waiting for the glass to be toughened, cut and painted for installation.

Tile splash backs will also only be coordinated after the installation of your bench tops.

We custom build your cabinetry in conjunction with your chosen appliance specifications to ensure perfect sizing and fit.

Alternatively we can supply new appliances for you as part of the project.

No approvals are required by council for your kitchen unless it is an addition to your property.

Yes, we can assist clients with smaller projects, including replacing doors and providing new bench tops and splashbacks.

Yes we can help you design and build your laundry fitted with cupboards and a tub. In the bathroom we are able to design and build the vanity (including basin), however we do not do full bathroom renovations.
